About us

Erryn Easter, Rpn, Lactation Counsellor

From the moment I became a nurse I knew I wanted my focus to be on the perinatal stage of life. I was fortunate to secure a position in obstetric care at my local hospital. My passion for supporting families during such a transformative period has only deepened since becoming a mother myself. Navigating postpartum is a unique experience filled with the joy of baby snuggles and the challenges of adjusting to a new routine. For me, breastfeeding my children was not just about nourishment—it was a profound bonding experience, though it came with its own set of challenges. These experiences inspired me to take a breastfeeding counsellor course. I am truly honoured to be able to support individuals during this vulnerable time and hope to use my expertise to assist you and your baby on your breastfeeding journey.

Alexandria Whitelaw, RN, Lactation Counsellor

When I began my nursing career I had just had my first baby and faced challenges with breastfeeding and postpartum recovery. Postpartum can be an incredibly vulnerable time and I was fortunate enough to have strong support during that period. Since then, having welcomed two more children, my personal experiences have only increased my passion for guiding others through their own breastfeeding and postpartum journeys. This has inspired me to shift my career focus towards supporting families during these crucial transitions.
